My 12-month guarantee covers all electrical and handyman services. This guarantee is valid from the completion date of the service.
In the event of any issues arising from the work performed during the guarantee period, I commit to addressing and resolving them at no extra cost and in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
The guarantee does not cover faults in products, damage or issues resulting from misuse, neglect, or modifications made by parties other than myself.
The guarantee becomes void if any unauthorized alterations or repairs are made to the initially serviced area by parties other than myself.

Yes to both.
I currently have the following electrical certificates – 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, Domestic Electrical Installer, Initial Verification, Testing & Certification of Electrical Installations and EVCE for installing electrical vehicle charging points. These certificates allow me to work on existing electrical circuits within your home.
I also have public liability insurance which covers me up to £2 million for your assurance.
I cover all areas of Essex in particular Wickford, Basildon, Billericay, Chelmsford, Rayleigh, Leigh on Sea, Rochford, Shenfield, South Benfleet and Southend on Sea.
For your convenience, I recommend utilizing bank transfer as the preferred payment method.
Upon completion of the job, an invoice will be promptly issued, detailing the necessary bank information for the transfer. Please kindly ensure immediate payment, given that the work will have concluded by then.
Alternatively, cash is also accepted as an alternative payment option.
I charge a fixed price for each individual job and will honour the quote we agree when booking the job in.
